CARDMARKET in Brighton is closing down.
The outlet store, which is owned by WHSmith, has announced it will be closing its Western Road store on Tuesday, September 10 by a poster displayed in the shop window.
The poster reads: "Customer notice.
"Card Market will be closing down on Tuesday, September 10.
"We would like to thank all our customers for shopping in this Card Market store."
The store, which sells a variety of gifts, cards and gift wrap, is slashing prices for a closing down sale.
Despite the closing date being just over a month away many of it's items are currently being displayed as half price.
It is not known how many jobs will be lost.
