Picture of the Day: An ideal solution to the parking problem
PARKING in Brighton and Hove can be a real headache, as everyone knows, so maybe the answer is simply to buy a very tiny car.
This little vehicle was spotted neatly parked in Wilbury Crescent, Hove, last week.
It is not known whether the owner has a valid resident’s permit for the area.
