PARENTS are embroiled in a legal bid to stop the academy takeover of a school.
Hands Off Peacehaven Community School campaigners have assembled at the Royal Courts of Justice in London today.
They have launched legal action against the governing body of the secondary school in protest of their decision to put the school into the hands of Swale Academy Trust.
The school, currently in control of East Sussex County Council, has been partly run by the trust since 2015.
But the council has said will be a matter of months until the full transfer is complete.
The case continues.
