Aged 38, of Dane Road, Seaford, admitted driving without valid insurance and with an expired licence on the A26. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
SANDRO FERNANDES
Aged 33, of Erroll Road, Hove, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Brighton. Fined £146, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
DONNA MARSH
Aged 44, of Foxdown Road, Brighton, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to her licence.
JASON TILLEY
Aged 28, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a community order made for criminal damage to a charity shop window in Blatchington Road, Hove. Ordered to complete nine months of treatment for drug dependency and 30 rehabilitation sessions.
CASEY SIMMONS
Aged 33, of May Road, Brighton, admitted racist abuse likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £130, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
ANGELA MAGUIRE
Aged 29, of Nevill Road, Hove, admitted two assaults on police officers, and homophobic abuse likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £140, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs
LISA RATCLIFF
Aged 50, of Bainbridge Close, Seaford, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 128 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Ordered to do 100 hours unpaid work and to pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years and five months.
NEIL REED
Aged 58, of London Road, Albourne, admitted drink driving at Pyecombe. Tested positive for 138mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Given 12-week suspended prison sentence and to complete six months of treatment for drug dependency.
To pay a £122 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
SARA YAXLEY
Aged 37, of Franklin Road, Portslade, admitted drug driving. Tested positive for cocaine. Fined £212, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
GARY ELLIOT
Aged 31, of Durham Close, Brighton, admitted driving while not wearing a seat belt. Fined £141, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
DEAN LAWRENCE
Aged 41, of Poulters Lane, West Tarring, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Offington Lane. Fined £176, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
CALLUM MACKAY
Aged 27, of Lewes Road, Chiddingly, admitted driving while using a hand-held mobile phone in Hove. Fined £198, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
TIMOTHY NEVILLE
Aged 22, of Fullwood Avenue, Newhaven, admitted driving on the A27 without due care and attention. Fined £293, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Five points added to his licence.
