TRAINS will be cancelled and delayed on a busy railway line.
A signalling fault between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport is set to cause disruption until 8pm.
A Southern Rail spokesman said: "Please allow extra time for your journey if you're travelling between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport via Redhill.
"If you're travelling via Redhill towards Brighton, Tonbridge and Reigate, your journey time may be extended by up to 60 minutes this evening.
"You will need to complete either part of your journey or your full journey by using alternative services.
"There have been multiple signalling failures at Redhill. Network Rail specialist engineers are on the way to the area and will provide an update.
"As soon as we have further information, we will advise."
Tickets from Southern and Thameslink services can be used on some relevant Metrobus, alternative train operators and Transport for London services.
