Aged 62, of Brighton Road, Lancing, admitted driving without a valid licence or insurance, and making a false statement to police. Fined £1,500, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. Eight points added to his licence.
CASEY SIMMONS
Aged 33, of May Road, Brighton, admitted causing racist harassment, alarm or distress in the Old Steine. Fined £130, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
ANGELA MAGUIRE
Aged 29, of Nevill Road, Hove, admitted two assaults on police officers, and homophobic harassment of an officer. Fined £140, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
EMMA MORGAN
Aged 30, of Stapley Road, Hove, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A270. Fined £35, with a £30 surcharge, and £85 costs. Three points added to her licence.

Aged 26, of Old Shoreham Road, Southwick, guilty in absence of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.

Aged 38, of Upper Shoreham Road, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 70mph on the A27. Fined £146, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

Aged 30, of Brunswick Terrace, Hove, guilty in absence of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
SAMBA SANKAREH
Aged 48, of Victoria Road, Portslade, admitted drug driving and driving without insurance. Tested positive for cocaine. Ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work, with £450 costs and an £85 surcharge. Banned from driving for 14 months.
KEVIN NYE
Aged 49, of The Cliff, Brighton, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Marine Parade. Fined £66, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

CHRISTOPHER MILES
Aged 33, of Bundstone Close, Brighton, admitted assaulting a woman and a man in Southwick, and sending threatening text messages. To pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and £85 surcharge. Put under a restraining order, and to complete 15 rehabilitation sessions.
BRADIE THOMSON
Aged 30, of Byron Road, Worthing, admitted failing to keep in touch with a supervisor after release from prison. Fined £40, with £60 costs.
