Aged 29, of Richmond Road, Brighton, admitted drink driving and driving without a valid MOT certificate. Tested positive for 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £607, with a £45 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
RACHID MEAH
Aged 21, of Collingwood Road, Goring, admitted driving without a valid licence or insurance. Fined £153, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
PIOTR BLOCH
Aged 33, of Cuthbert Road, Brighton, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 53mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £480, with a £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
KATHERINE MARSHALL
Aged 30, of Buckingham Road, Brighton, admitted criminal damage worth £3,552 to a car. Fined £100, with a £30 surcharge and to pay £3,552 in compensation.
JOSEPH COLEMAN
Aged 22, of Dean Gardens, Portslade, admitted failing to keep registration plates on his car, driving without insurance and without a valid licence. Fined £349, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
LUIZ FERREIRA DE MELO
Aged 36, of Farm Road, Hove, guilty in absence of driving without proper control of the vehicle, without a valid licence and without valid insurance. Fined £1,100,with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
NICHOLAS GASH-WELBY
Aged 41, of Limney Road, Brighton, admitted using a hand-held mobile phone while driving. Fined £166, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 42 days.
ROBERT HORROCKS
Aged 35, of Bramble Way, Stanmer Heights, Brighton, guilty in absence of keeping a vehicle in a poor condition, driving without insurance, and with no MOT test certificate. Fined £880, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
DANIEL KOHOUT
Aged 25, of Stoneham Road, Hove, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 70mph. Fined £162, with a £30 surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 days.
PATRICK MCKEOWN
Aged 35, of Elizabeth Road, Worthing, guilty in absence of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs.
SANDRIA MURKIN
Aged 72, of Brighton Road, Lancing, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 70mph on the M23. Fined £268, with a £30 surcharge an £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
LIAM BLAKELEY
Aged 29, of Onslow Drive, Ferring, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 64mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £400, with a £40 surcharge and £85
costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
