SAFFRON Barker admitted she is constantly worried about "throwing up" during "intense" Strictly Come Dancing dance rehearsals.

The Rottingdean YouTuber, 19, who is paired with AJ Pritchard, revealed she is suffering from bouts of dizziness during the routines, and feel like she may vomit at any minute.

Speaking to The Mail Online about the gruelling dance sessions, Saffron explained her feet have suffered from learning the routines in heeled shoes.

She said: "It started this morning, it’s already intense, I’ve got so many cuts on my feet.

"I don’t even know how I’ve got these heels on now to be honest. It’s intense but it’s really fun.

"I thought I’d be able to pick it up quite quickly, that isn’t necessarily happening. The thing that happens is that I get so dizzy."

The Argus:

She continued: "I was saying to AJ is this something you get used to? But the problem is I feel like I’m gonna throw up every minute."

Discussing the training, the blonde bombshell admitted the long hours have made her "a bit delusional", but added there's "lots of belly laughs".

And with a number of hot and heavy dance routines featuring in the show, Saffron confessed she is feeling "awkward" about shaking her hips and admitted "rumba is not her thing".

While Saffron is happily paired with dance hotshot AJ Pritchard, over in Kevin Clifton's camp, things aren't running smoothly.

The professional dancer, who won last year's series with now girlfriend Stacey Dooley, is coupled with Anneka Rice, 60, and is reportedly "fuming" over the decision.

A source has claimed to The Sun that Kevin would have preferred to have been partnered with somebody such as Catherine Tyldesley or Alex Scott.
