A DJ who found viral fame after appearing on a popular TV talent show has released a new song dedicated to the city.

DJ Talent made headlines after getting to the semi-finals in the third series of hit ITV show Britain’s Got Talent.

The DJ, whose real name in Anthony Ghosh, received four buzzers from judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Piers Morgan and Kelly Brook but was still put through to the next round.

His audition rap became an internet sensation, and is famous for only having the same four lines: “I say Britain. You say Talent. Britain’s got talent. It’s the DJ Talent.”

Now the rapper has released a new song, about Brighton.

The six-and-a-half minute electronic dance track, entitled Brighton, sees the DJ rapping about his favourite places in the city.

There is even a special shout-out to Brighton’s most famous DJ Fatboy Slim thrown in for good measure.

DJ Talent, who is from London, said: “Brighton has been a place I’ve loved for many years.

“I spend a lot of time there.

“It is a fantastic holiday destination, it really is like London by the sea. It’s amazing for art and culture.”

He added that the song took him a day to put together and is a celebration of the city.

DJ Talent ended up missing out on the Britain’s Got Talent crown, which would eventually be picked up by dance troupe Diversity.

The third series of the show also featured worldwide singing sensation Susan Boyle.

DJ Talent said: “The show had a massive impact on my career.

“I got to tour all over the UK with the Britain’s Got Talent tour. I even played Wembley Arena.

“After the show I did tours of Butlins and a lot of live performances across the country.

“It was very rewarding, all from one track.

“These days I like to be more of an artist and creating a piece of music and let it do whatever it does.”

DJ Talent’s Brighton will be released on Spotify on September 25.
