Charges will be enforced at rubbish tips
RESIDENTS will now have to show ID to use rubbish tips.
West Sussex County Council has announced all 11 of its household waste recycling sites will only be open to West Sussex residents.
This means people will have to show a driving licence, a TV licence, or a council tax or utility bill to dump their rubbish in the county.
