THE dates for next year’s Brighton and Hove Triathlon have been confirmed.
The three-part race will return to the city over the weekend of September 12 and 13, 2020.
The event will return to Hove Lawns and bring back the children’s scootathlon and children’s triathlon on the Saturday, before the main event takes place on the Sunday.
Race director John Lunt said: “Brighton is a top destination for sport with huge participation in many events.
“In a year which will bring us the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the ITU World Championships in Edmonton, Canada, all eyes will be on the sporting world and the huge benefits it brings to people’s lives.”
This year’s Brighton and Hove Triathlon saw more than 1,600 people descend upon the seafront, and organisers are hoping to better that next year.
