A SUSPECTED gunman has been released “pending further enquiries”.
The man was at large for a week as police tried to track him down after shots were heard in a residential street in Queen’s Park, Brighton, in August.
Armed police swooped on a Moulsecoomb address but did not find him. He was eventually arrested and made subject to police bail conditions.
He has been released under investigation, police said.
