DORIAN MCANENY
Aged 58, of Ditchling Road, Brighton, drove a Land Rover in the Open Market without reasonable consideration for other people. Fined £186, with a £30 surcharge and £100 costs. Three points added to his licence.
ALEXANDRE ROTARIU
Aged 29, of Lansdowne Place, Hove, admitted assaulting a woman. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions and 100 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.
NYASHA HOVE
Aged 18, of The Plantation, Salvington, admitted possessing cannabis. Fined £80, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
MAXWELL GRANT
Aged 27, of Emerald Quay, Shoreham, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 50mph in a restricted speed zone. Fined £85, with a £30 surcharge. Three points added to his licence.
KWAKU OTENG-ANANE
Aged 21, of Lower Bevendean Avenue, Brighton, admitted two counts of possessing cannabis and driving without valid insurance. Given a conditional discharge for the drugs charges. Fined £120,with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
JOHN ADAMS
Aged 84, of The Grove, Newhaven, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £80, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
DALE CROZIER
Aged 28, of Stephens Road, Hollingdean, admitted stealing cash and cakes from the Volks Bar, and breaching a suspended sentence. Ordered to complete six months of drugs dependency treatment and to pay £85 compensation, with a £60 fine.
MOHAMMED CHAAR
Aged 26, of New England Street, Brighton, admitted drug driving, while banned and without insurance. Tested positive for cannabis. Put under a six-week curfew and ordered to complete ten rehabilitation sessions, with an £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
STUART DEVILLE
Aged 47, of Stanley Street, Brighton, admitted making a false statement to the Department for Work and Pensions for benefits. Ordered to complete 140 hours of unpaid work, with an £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
MATTHEW TOSSOUN
Aged 33, of Nuthurst Place, Brighton, admitted assaulting a man, damaging a car windscreen, and resisting arrest. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and to pay £200 compensation, with an £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
MANSOOR BUTT
Aged 61, of Old Shoreham Road, Portslade, admitted driving through a red light. Fined £480, with a £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
HAKKI YUKSEL
Aged 37, of Victoria Terrace, Hove, guilty of driving without valid insurance. Fined £84, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence
