AN ESCAPE room-style experience is to launch at a historic building for a limited time during half term.

Pier Pressure Escape Rooms has teamed up with Royal Pavilion and Museums to create a unique challenge inside Preston Manor in Preston Park, Brighton.

Escape! Mystery At The Manor will combine immersive theatre with escape room-style puzzles and teams will need to collect crucial evidence as they navigate their way through the Edwardian manor house.

In the story the lord and lady of the house have died and their will has gone missing, along with their treasure.

It is the escape teams’ mission to assist a detective with the mystery.

Each experience lasts between 50 and 70 minutes, and teams will be guided through the manor by a dedicated host, who will bring the rooms to life.

The game will run for seven days only with slots from 11am until 8pm, between Saturday, October 26, and Sunday, November 3, with the exception of Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30, when the building is closed.

Tickets range from £20 to £27.50 per person, and the game is suitable for those aged eight and above. Book at www.pierpressure.co.uk or call 01273 220388.
