TWO motorists will appear in court accused of causing men’s deaths because of their driving.
Mathew Gardiner, 34, of Preston Road, Bexhill, is accused of causing the death of Antoney Colley by dangerous driving in Hastings.
He will next appear before Lewes Crown Court on November 13,
Meanwhile Ernest Garner, 86, of Highview Road, Telscombe is accused of causing the death of Charles Butcher by careless driving in Peacehaven. He will be in court on November 28.
