ALDI has banned some Halloween items from their stores for being "too terrifying" for children.
A motion censored undead corpse and ghastly zombie-like ground breakers are amongst the products banished from the shelves.
A spokeswoman for the supermarket giant said the decision was made to remove the "gruesome" product so children with a "nervous disposition" are not spooked out in their stores.
Julie Ashfield, Managing Director of Buying at Aldi UK, said: “In recent years we’ve seen increased demand for Halloween products, particularly amongst adults.
"We challenged our buyers to unleash their most realistic and terrifying Halloween decorations, to provide our customers with the best, high-quality products at consistently low prices."
Despite being banned in the stores, the products are still available to buy online.
Aldi can be found in London Road and Pavilion Retail Park in Lewes Road.
