A MAN is wanted on recall to prison.
Officers also want to interview 39-year-old Simon Hart over a common assault on a woman and criminal damage, at an address in Brighton on 15 October.
He is wanted for recall to prison at the request of Probation for breaching his prison release licence conditions, having been released on 1 September part way through a 16-month sentence for dangerous driving imposed at Guildford Crown Court on 10 May.
Hart who is described as white, 5'7", of large build, with a bald head, and blue eyes, may be in the Stoke on Trent area where he has relatives and Staffordshire Police are assisting in the search.
Detective Constable Suzy MacLintock said: "Anyone who sees Simon Hart or who thinks they know where he may be is asked to contact the police. You can contact Sussex Police online or by calling 101, quoting Sussex serial 646 of 15/10.
"You can also contact Staffordshire Police by calling 101 and quoting their reference 399 of 16/10."
