The Palace Pier roundabout
JUST when you thought Brighton council’s obvious inefficiency with public funds could not get any worse, it is reported roadworks valued at £140,000 have been spent at the top of the Old Steine when the roundabout is due to be replaced? (The Argus, October15).
The council spent the money resurfacing the road at the seafront.
The lunatics have clearly taken over the asylum.
