A WOMAN spat at and attacked police officers during a domestic row.
Police were called to the home of Courtney MacQueen in Ousedale Close, Lewes.
Officers had removed an ex partner from the flat – they had gone there over concerns for her.
MacQueen, 24, was throwing items around the flat and had been drinking.
When police removed her ex she became confused, swearing at them, and tried to headbutt one officer in the chest.
At Brighton Magistrates’ Court she admitted three common assaults on PC Connor Porter, PC Carla Lewis, and PC Gemma Bridger.
It was revealed that MacQueen had been taking anti depressant medicine and has no previous convictions.
Magistrates put her under curfew for six weeks from 7pm to 6am, and told her to complete eight rehabilitation sessions.
She must also pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. No compensation was ordered.
