MARRIAGE is a declaration of undying love between two people.
But one groom could not help but give his other love a special mention on his big day.
In a speech, the Seagulls superfan compared his relationship with his wife-to-be to that of Albion’s tight-knit centre back pairing - Shane Duffy and Lewis Dunk.
He said: “You are the icing to my cake, the Woody to my Buzz, the Gavin to my Stacey and, most importantly, the Lewis Dunk to my Shane Duffy.”

The excerpt was shared by the bride, Terri Frost, on Twitter.
She said her husband’s quip was the “best line of the day”.
The speech has since been given the thumbs p by one half of Albion’s defensive pairing.
Shane Duffy retweeted Terri’s post and said the speech was “brilliant”.
