A CHERISHED calendar will be published for the last time this Christmas.
The Brighton and Hove Calendar has been a mainstay of the festive season for the past 20 years, but designer Nigel Swallow said this would be the last edition.
The template for the calendar is being handed over to Brighton art collective ArtHoc, which is raising money for a live-in gallery and studio in the city centre.
In the final edition, new images feature alongside old favourites. The calendar was first sold from a fly pitch outside an empty funeral parlour in Kensington Gardens and sold out in six weeks.
This year it will be sold outside Wai Kika Moo Kau cafe in Kensington Gardens, at the Brighton Photography Gallery in the Kings Road Arches, at City Books on Western Road, and online.
