SUSSEX Police has been rapped for a lack of transparency.
The force failed to respond to four requests under the Freedom of Information within the legal time limit.
The UK Information Commissioner has now ordered that the force reply to the requests.
Police had been asked to supply information about their policy for using footage filmed on officers’ bodyworn cameras.
The force has now been ordered by the watchdog to provide a response to the request.
It follows three further complaints upheld by the Information Commissioner.
The force had been asked for information on crimes at Tesco, uninsured drivers and how they close investigations and failed to respond in time.
They were ordered to respond in each case.
