KYLE CHALLIS
Aged 22, of Glynde Road, Brighton, admitted assault and threatening and abusive behaviour. Given a six-week suspended prison sentence, and to pay £50 compensation, with a £115 surcharge and £100 costs.
MAX MOORE
Aged 19, of Rotherfield Crescent, admitted allowing himself to be a passenger in a car taken without consent, that was then driven dangerously. Given a 12-week suspended prison sentence, with 100 hours of unpaid work, a £115 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
SUE ALLGEIER-SQUIBB
Aged 59, of Brighton Road, Lancing, admitted assaulting a woman. Given a conditional discharge, with a £21 surcharge and £85 costs.
ANGELIKA BAK
Aged 37, of Southall Avenue, Brighton, admitted failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink driving. Ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.
HELEN CAHILL
Aged 43, of Donald Hall Road, Brighton, admitted drink driving, and driving without valid insurance. Tested positive for 69 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.
LEWIS COURT
Aged 24, of Ladysmith Road, Brighton, admitted drink driving, and driving without a valid licence or insurance. Tested positive for 95mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.
LUKE SMITH
Aged 25, of Firle Road, Brighton, admitted driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 cost. Banned from driving for 18 months.
MARK WILTSHIRE
Aged 41, of North Road, Brighton, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour and possessing cannabis. Fined £120, with a £32 surcharge.
GARY KIRBY
Aged 25, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, admitted using threatening words or behaviour and possessing cannabis. Given a conditional discharge, and to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
JAMES PARSONS
Aged 38, of Brighton Road, Worthing, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 70mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years and four months.
AMAYLIA FAWSSETT
Aged 54, of Tidy Street, Brighton, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph. Fined £171, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Four points added to her licence.
ROBERT GODFREY
Aged 48, of Manor Hill, Brighton, guilty of driving without a valid licence. Fined £220, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
SIMON ROE-BARNETT
Aged 51, of Poplar Close, Hove, guilty of driving without valid insurance. Fined £42, with an £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
SAMUEL REES
Aged 31, of High Street, Rottingdean, admitted drink driving, and driving without a valid or licence. Tested positive for 45mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £200, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
