TWO people accused of assaulting a 60-year-old man in Duke Street will appear before magistrates in two weeks.
Peter Derbyshire, 37, and Dana Hooper, 24, are accused of attacking Nick Hulley in the city on September 13.
The incident was filmed and viewed thousands of times online.
Miss Hooper of George Williams Mews, Portslade and Mr Derbyshire of Elm Tree Close, Bognor Regis will appear in court on November 21.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said Mr Hulley was kicked and punched by a group of people at about 8.35pm on Sunday and had liquid poured on him.
He was taken to hospital to be checked over and was released.
Police said a 31-year-old man and a woman aged 32 who were also arrested on suspicion of affray and released under investigation.
