PEDESTRIANS have complained about more building works as part of the controversial Valley Gardens project.
Fences have been put up around York Place in Brighton as builders resurface parts of the pavement.
Brightonian Nick Hulley said the street was being “ripped up in front of local businesses” and causing an obstruction “right down the road”.
The Valley Gardens project envisions new public spaces, cycle lanes, and a junction at the Aquarium roundabout.
But detractors fear the development will clog roads and split the city centre from east to west.
