CHRIS Eubank Jr has revealed he helped KSI train for his fight with Logan Paul by sharing a clip of the YouTube star punching a 'Spar Bar' into the side of his own face.

The Brighton boxer tweeted that KSI had "Come a loooong way" since their day in the gym together.

The clip was filmed in the King Alfred gym.

It starts with Eubank explaining how one piece of rotating equipment can help him to dodge his opponents' attacks.

"This forces you to learn how to get out of the way of punches," Eubank says.

"If you don't... [the bar will hit you in the head]. You can defend, block and move back."

KSI steps up and begins to punch the bar lightly at first, but seems surprised with the speed at which the bar comes at his head.

"Yeah, so you've git the weave and the step back, which is very useful," Eubank chimes in. "Floyd [Mayweather] does it a lot.

"He'll make his opponent jab at him, and then he'll come over the top with a right hand."

KSI then begins to punch the rotating bar more powerfully.

But swiftly seems to lose his loses his focus and the bar grazes his hair, before he forgets to evade the next "punch" at all.

The 'Spar Bar' slaps the YouTube star in the side of the head and everyone in the room creases with laughter.

"F**ks sake I knew it was coming," laughs an embarrassed KSI.

KSI beat Paul via split decision, with two judges scoring the fight 57–54 and 56–55 for the Brit, and one judging scoring it 56–55 in favour of Paul.

Eubank Jr is set to defend his IBO super-middleweight title against Matt Korobov in New York next month.
