LACEY GUNN
Aged 34, of Lower Rock Gardens, Brighton, admitted attempting to throw or convey tobacco into Lewes Prison, stealing vodka from Waitrose, stealing Red Bull from a BP garage, stealing Nescafe from a Co-op, and stealing jewellery from Pandora in Churchill Square. To complete six months of alcohol dependency treatment. Fined £100, with £291 compensation.
STUART MCCUE
Aged 35, admitted the same thefts as Lacey Gunn. Jailed for 20 weeks, and to pay £291 in compensation.
DEAN GHASEMI
Aged 35, of Portland Road, Hove, admitted breaching a restraining order. Given an eight-week suspended jail sentence and to pay a £122 surcharge and £85 costs.
MARIUS IOVU
Aged 28, of no fixed address, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour in North Street, Brighton. Fined £50, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
CHRISTOPHER NICHOLAS
Aged 48, of Montpelier Place, Brighton, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour, and assaulting two police officers. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and to complete ten rehabilitation sessions.
SENBI SHEPHERD
Aged 24, of Bodiam Close, Bevendean, admitted failing to complete unpaid work and assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty at HMP Coldingley. Fined £40, with £60 costs and a £30 surcharge.
STEVEN TANNER
Aged 33, of Meadow Close, Hove, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Lewes Road, Brighton. Fined £55, with a £30 surcharge and £85 cost. Three points added to his licence.
SEAN LYONS
Aged 55, of Paston Place, Brighton, guilty in absence of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.
DENISE HERRINGTON
Aged 35, of Elphick Road, Newhaven, admitted racist threatening of abusive behaviour. Fined £150, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
SAMUEL CORDINGLEY
Aged 23, of Findon Road, Brighton, admitted possessing class A drugs, possessing cannabis, and possessing diazepam. Fined £120, with an £85 surcharge and £30 costs.
MEHDI RAE
Aged 25, of Rudyard Road, Brighton, guilty of drug driving. Tested positive for cocaine and MDMA in his blood. Fined £350, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
NICOLE DAVIES
Aged 21, of Bolney Road, Brighton, admitted four assaults on police officers. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions, and to pay £300 in compensation in total.
JOE HOWELL
Aged 28, of Cromwell Road, Hove, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 43 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £346, with a £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
