PARENTS and academy staff were involved in a stand-off outside a school.
Officials from the New Horizons Academy Trust visited Moulsecoomb Primary School in Brighton, where it is due to take over after the Government imposed an academy order on the school earlier this year.
But parents and children stood outside the school gates and blocked a New Horizons car from entering the school in protest.
Moulsecoomb Primary School staff will strike tomorrow against the Government's decision to convert it into an academy.
