THE NHS trust in charge of hospitals across East Sussex has got better at looking after young people, according to a survey.
The Care Quality Commission has published the results of its Children and Young People’s Patient Experience Survey.
It shows East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust was in the top 20 per cent of Trusts for staff playing with children while they are in hospital, involving parents in decisions about their child’s treatment, and helping parents and carers stay overnight.
