MICHAEL DAVIDSON
Aged 35, of Bedford Square, Brighton, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
MATTHEW HEALEY
Aged 47, of Tumulus Road, Brighton, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Lewes Road. Fined £92, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
STEPHEN ROCHE
Aged 45, of Marine Parade, Brighton, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Lewes Road. Fined £70, with a £30 surcharge. Three points added to his licence.
GARY BARTLEY
Aged 38, of Cromwell Road, Hove, admitted possessing class A drugs and assaulting a nurse. Ordered to complete drugs treatment for one year, with 15 rehabilitation sessions, and to pay £100 compensation, with a £90 surcharge.
LINDA MCGROARTY
Aged 57, of Wilmington Close, Brighton, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 100 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Put under curfew for six weeks, and to pay an £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years and one month.
LISA IBBETSON
Aged 42, of Finsbury Road, Brighton, admitted failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to her licence.
NELLY RAD
Aged 53, of Suez Way, Saltdean, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph in Lewes Road. Fined £230, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Four points added to her licence.
DARREN HASKELL
Aged 48, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a man in Brighton, racist abuse of one police officer, and threatening or abusive behaviour to another officer in Brighton.
CARLY SMART
Aged 29, of Queens Park Road, Brighton, found guilty of stealing a Karcher pressure washer from Homebase, Lewes, and admitted twice failing to show up to court. Ordered to complete 15 rehabilitation sessions, and to pay a £90 surcharge.
WILLIAM MICHIE
Aged 37, of no fixed address, admitted failing to maintain contact with Pavilions service in Brighton following a release from prison. Fined £100.
CALLIE MOSS
Aged 29, of Downs Valley Road, Brighton admitted theft at Sainsbury’s, Newhaven, with two others. Given a conditional discharge, and to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
YASMIN SIMMONDS
Aged 22, of Netherfield Green, Brighton, admitted theft at Sainsbury’s Newhaven, with two others. Given a conditional discharge, and to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
JAKE DEAN
Aged 26, of Neville Road, Peacehaven, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for for 109 milligrammes (mg) of alcohol per 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80mg per 100ml. Fined £250, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.
COLE DAY
Aged 26, of Suez Way, Saltdean, admitted drink driving. Tested positive for 90mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for 23 months.
