A MAN accused of attacking a a homeless man failed to show up to court.
Peter Derbyshire is accused of the assault in Duke Street, Brighton, on September 13.
The 37-year-old, of Elm Tree Close, Bognor, was due to appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court to answer the charge on Thursday.
But he did not arrive in court for his hearing.
He faces one charge of attacking Nick Hulley, 60, in the street.
Magistrate Dr Peter Sutton was told by Suzanne Soros, prosecuting, that Derbyshire was not in court. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
