IT HAS been another fantastic month of pictures from our loyal Argus Camera Club members.

The theme for November’s competition was “movement” and our roving snappers certainly covered plenty of ground in Sussex searching for the best shots.

Now we are delighted to announce this month’s winner.

Andre Christoph Whitman has won £50 and a copy of Secret Crawley And Gatwick for his fantastic photo of two dancers braving the cold in front of the West Pier.

But it was certainly a hard choice to make for The Argus office as the quality of our shortlist shows.

Daniel York’s use of long exposure to show moody clouds rolling over a Sussex field wowed our reporters.

Meanwhile Ian Murphy’s atmospheric black and white shot of a girl enjoying the seaside was a heartwarming picture.

Ray Turner perfectly captured the competitive spirit of basketball players on Brighton seafront.

And who does not love a classic animal picture such as David Ashdown’s photo of a swan splashing about in Shoreham Port?

For December’s competition the theme will be “night”. On offer is the usual £50 cheque, as well as a copy of 50 Gems Of Sussex by Kevin Newman.
