JULIE VER HULPEN

Aged 45, of Davigdor Road, Hove, admitted assaulting a woman. Ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and pay £200 in compensation. Put under a restraining order until October 2020.

MITCHELL FRANCE

Aged 24, of Halewick Lane, Sompting, admitted drink driving, and driving without a valid licence or insurance. Tested positive for 53 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £280, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 15 months.

SHANE STRINGER

Aged 44, of Old Shoreham Road, Lancing, admitted being drunk and disorderly. Fined £40, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

RONALD WILLIAMS

Aged 29, of St Crispians, Seaford, admitted threatening or abusive behaviour, resisting arrest, and failing to show up to court. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and pay £175 in compensation. Put under exclusion from entering Kings Road Arches, Brighton, for six months.

VIVIENNE ENGLISH

Aged 42, of Ashcombe Lane, Kingston, admitted driving at a speed in excess of 30mph. Fined £140, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to her licence.

ILYAS GYUMYUSH

Aged 28, of Coombe Terrace, Brighton, guilty of two counts of failing to identify the driver suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

LUKE TERRY

Aged 34, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, guilty of driving at a speed in excess of 30mph. Fined £134, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

Aged 55, of George V Avenue, Worthing, found guilty of driving on the A23 without due care and attention. Fined £250, with a £62 surcharge and £620 costs. Banned from driving for three months.

SALIM TARMOHAMED
