A WOMAN has made it her mission to reunite a lost bracelet with its owner.
Her daughter found the piece of jewellery in Old Steine, Brighton, yesterday.
The bracelet has a leather strap with a piece of metal attached which has a compass carved into it.
It also has words engraved on the back which the finder says are a message to a grandson.

The finder posted an image of the lost item on social media yesterday and the picture has already been shared thousands of times.
Many praised her “beautiful gesture” while others said that the bracelet could be “priceless” to its owner and they were desperate to see them reunited with the gift.
