A DRUNKARD threatened to hurl a brick through a window of a police station.
Mark Wilkinson, pictured, was already subject to a community order for his offences in Brighton.
But in October he made the threats to the police about the station in John Street.
It was revealed the 47-year-old was in breach of an order following a bomb hoax he made in July.
He called police and claimed to be a member of the extremist Ulster Defence Association (UDA) and said he had planted a bomb in Brighton.
But he was drunk, fell asleep, and forgot making the 999 call.
Wilkinson, of Oriental Place, Brighton, was previously spared a prison sentence in August for the bomb hoax.
Magistrates said the offence was serious because he had broken the court order. They jailed him for eight months.
