Aged 27, of Tristram Close, Sompting, admitted failing to attend appointments with the probation service, drug-driving in a Honda Civic, and possession of cannabis. Tested positive for cocaine in his system. Ordered to complete ten extra hours of unpaid work, fined £100, and to pay a £32 surcharge. Banned from driving for three years.
TERRY PULITANO
Aged 35, of Rossiter Road, Lancing, admitted drink-driving in a Vauxhall. Tested positive for 206 microgrammes (mcg)of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of blood. The legal limit is 80mcg per 100ml. Also admitted using racist, threatening or abusive behaviour to a person and threatening or abusive behaviour to a police officer. Given a 12-week suspended prison sentence and to complete treatment for drug dependency for six months. To pay a £115 surcharge and £100 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
MATTHEW HART
Aged 42, on Montpelier Road, Brighton, found guilty of sexual assault on a woman by touching when she did not consent. Ordered to complete ten rehabilitation sessions and to pay an £85 surcharge with £200 costs.
FRANKIE WHITTINGTON
Aged 19, of Peel Road, Brighton, found guilty of assaulting a man and woman. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
KIRSTEN HOCKING
Aged 28, of no fixed address, admitted stealing beef, legs of lamb, and bottles of champagne from Waitrose in Worthing High Street. Jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay £75 compensation.
EDYTA KUSMIERZ
Aged 19, of Upper Lewes Road, Brighton, admitted watching television without a licence. Fined £69, with a £30 surcharge and £60 costs.
RYAN SMITH
Aged 34, of Dean Court Road, Rottingdean, admitted driving an Audi at a speed in excess of 70mph on the A27. Fined £40, with a £30 surcharge. Three points added to his licence.
JOHN ALLUM
Aged 31, of Birch Grove Crescent, Brighton, admitted two counts of driving an Audi at a speed in excess of 30mph in Madeira Drive. Fined £80, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
DWAYNE LAYDEN
Aged 31, of no fixed address, admitted failing to provide a breath test when suspected of drink-driving, driving a Ford Transit tipper without a valid licence, and assaulting to police officers. Ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation sessions. To pay £200 compensation, with £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
BRADIE THOMPSON
Aged 30, of Marine Place, Worthing, admitted criminal damage, possessing cannabis, and failing to show up to court. Fined £50, and to pay £50 compensation, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
ANTHONY DODD
Aged 39, of Shanklin Road, Brighton, admitted stealing rum from Tesco in Bexhill. Fined £50, with a £31 surcharge.
CLAIRE FITZGERALD
Aged 45, of Mill Rise, Brighton, admitted drink-driving in a Renault. Tested positive for 102mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Ordered to complete ten rehabilitation sessions and pay an £80 fine, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years and one month.
HARRY BRAY
Aged 21, of Warrior Close, Portslade, guilty of possessing cannabis. Given a conditional discharge and to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
ANGELO CAPALDI
Aged 61, of Sutherland Road, Brighton, found guilty of two counts of assaulting a woman. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions, with a £120 fine, £85 surcharge and £300 costs. Put under a restraining order until November 2021.
JAMIE WHITWORTH
Aged 22, of Brunswick Place, Hove, admitted possessing cannabis and resisting arrest. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Aged 46, of Wellington Road, Brighton, admitted stealing 14 garden storage boxes from B&Q in Newhaven. Ordered to complete 90 hours of unpaid work, with 15 rehabilitation sessions, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

Aged 46, of Walmer Close, Brighton, admitted stealing cash from a woman. Jailed for 22 weeks, with a £115 surcharge.

Aged 53, of Lewes Prison, admitted stealing cash from a woman alongside Jason Ashton. Jailed for 20 weeks, with a £115 surcharge.

Aged 54, of Francis Street, Brighton, admitted criminal damage to a police vehicle. Given a conditional discharge and told to pay £60 compensation with a £21 surcharge and £40 costs.
