Aged 48, of Victoria Road, Portslade, guilty of twice failing to identify the driver of a Peugeot suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
DEMOS SOTERIOU
Aged 46, of Gladstone Place, Brighton, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Honda suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
CHINYEMBA VICTOR
Aged 37, of Cromwell Road, Hove, guilty of twice failing to identify the driver of a Fiat suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
BENJAMIN MAYNARD
Aged 33, of North Road, Brighton, admitted failing to attend probation service appointments. Ordered to complete three extra rehabilitation sessions and to continue treatment for drug dependency.
BENJAMIN LYNCH
Aged 19, of Nursery Close, Hurstpierpoint, admitted drink-driving in a Fiat 500. Tested positive for 68 microgrammes (mcg) per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £180, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
CHRISTIAN SLATER
Aged 38, of Milton Road, Worthing, admitted possessing MDMA and cannabis. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, with an £85 surcharge and £85 costs.
STEPHEN WADE-BROWN
Aged 60, of The Willows, Findon, admitted drink-driving on the A24. Tested positive for 91mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £200, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and 11 months.
MATHEW COOK
Aged 30, of Chester Avenue, Worthing, admitted using racist threatening or abusive behaviour in police custody. Given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation, with a £21 surcharge and £85 costs.
PAUL BEARD
Aged 55, of Fallowfield Crescent, Hove, guilty of driving a Ford at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A270. Fined £220, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
LIAM BROOKS
Aged 30, of Newland Road, Worthing, guilty of driving a Mini at a speed in excess of 70mph on the A27. Fined £415, with a £41 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.

CHRISTOPHER HAMPSON
Aged 27, of Willow Crescent, Worthing, guilty of riding a Kawasaki at a speed in excess of 30mph on the A259. Fined £130, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
JEFFREY HART
Aged 58, of Marine Parade, Brighton, guilty of driving a Toyota at a speed in excess of 30mph in Kingsway, Hove. Fined £146, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.
