VARIETY is key to long term fitness, according to new research.
Data gathered by MoveGB found users in Brighton who varied their exercise routines with different activities continued to exercise for eight months longer than those who did the same activity.
Move GB is a membership scheme which offers access to a range of exercise classes in 25 cities across the UK.
The research found climbing is one of the most popular activities in the city, as well as Bollywood dancing and Columbian-style Zumba.
