A HUGE tree landed just inches away from a house.
The tree fell in high winds and crushed the fence of the property in Deer Way, Horsham, this afternoon but narrowly missed the houses.
A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called to reports of a fallen tree on Deer Way, Horsham at 14:04 today.
"One fire engine and the technical rescue unit attended and found a tree fallen on a house. Crews are working to remove the tree and remain on the scene."
