A MAN will stand trial accused of manslaughter.
Simon Bigg denies unlawfully killing Mark Willis at Boundary Road, Hove.
He appeared before Hove Crown Court earlier this month where the charge was put to the 56-year-old.
Bigg, whose address is not known, listened as stage dates were set and his trial date was set.
He pleaded not guilty to the alleged killing in November 2018.
The judge told him he would stand trial either at Lewes Crown Court, Hove, or at Brighton in the week starting July 20.
