AARON JONES

Aged 26, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a bicycle from Worthing railway station. Given a six-week suspended prison sentence and ordered to pay £99.99 compensation, with a £115 surcharge and £85 costs.

CHARLIE WELCH

Aged 22, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, found guilty of drug-driving in an Audi. Tested positive for cannabis. Fined £180, with a £30 surcharge and £350 costs. Banned from driving for one year.

EDWARD MILLS

Aged 25, of Rowlands Road, Worthing, admitted failing to attend sessions of the Thinking Skills Programme following a conviction. Ordered to complete an extra 15 hours of unpaid work

DANIELLA ROSSI

Aged 38, of High Street, Shoreham, admitted failing to attend probation service appointments. Ordered to continue drug rehabilitation treatment and to complete three extra sessions.

KURTIS DIMON-SWIRE

Aged 24, of Galsworthy Road, Goring, admitted failing to provide a blood test when suspected of drink or drug-driving, driving without a valid licence, and driving without valid insurance in a Ford Mondeo. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and fined £120, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and eight months.

LUCY PATTERSON

Aged 34, of Heene Road, Worthing, admitted drug-driving in a Ford. Tested positive for cocaine and cannabis. Ordered to complete 18 rehabilitation sessions, with a £90 surcharge. Banned from driving for 16 months.

IAN SHARPE

Aged 47, of Nelson Close, Sompting, admitted criminal damage to a glass panel in a door. Given a conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £200 compensation with a £21 surcharge.

DEAN SNOWSHILL

Aged 32, of Sefton Close, Durrington, admitted drink-driving. Tested positive for 96 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

MARTIN JOHNSON

Aged 33, of no fixed address, admitted failing to attend probation service appointments. Given an eight-week suspended sentence and fined £50.

CHARLOTTE FINDLEY

Aged 28, of Stanstead Crescent, Woodingdean, admitted two counts of breaching a non-molestation order. Ordered to complete ten rehabilitation sessions, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Put under an exclusion requirement not to enter a street in Brighton.

CURTIS JANMAN

Aged 27, of Bevendean Crescent, Brighton, guilty in absence of failing to identify the driver of a Volkswagen suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

ADAM MACRAE

Aged 41, of Kingsway, Hove, found guilty of breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman. Given a conditional discharge, with a £20 surcharge and £300 costs. Put under a restraining order until June 2021.

COLE DAY

Aged 26, of Suez Way, Saltdean, admitted failing to attend sessions following conviction at Brighton Magistrates’ Court. Ordered to carry out an extra ten hours of unpaid work.

Aged 23, of Rookery Way, Newhaven, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Ordered to complete an extra 40 hours of unpaid work and ten rehabilitation sessions.
