Aged 44, of Bristol Gate, Brighton, guilty of two counts driving a Renault at a speed in excess of 30mph in Preston Road and Falmer Road. Fined £303, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Four points added to his licence.

Aged 65, of Highdown Road, Lewes, guilty of failing to identify the driver of a BMW suspected of a road traffic offence in Shoreham to the police. Fined £660, with a £66 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.

Aged 28, of Sutton Road, Seaford, guilty of driving a Volkswagen without valid insurance. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to her licence.

VANDA HOWARD

Aged 48, of Northcourt Road, Worthing, guilty of driving a Fiat at a speed in excess of 30mph in Kingsway, Hove. Fined £92, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to her licence.

WESLEY MUNASHE HUNGWE

Aged 25, of West Street, Sompting, guilty of riding a Piaggio at a speed in excess of 30mph in Kingsway, Hove. Fined £220, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

CONOR ELVEY

Aged 22, of Halland Road, Moulsecoomb, admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £230, with £60 costs.

CHARLIE WELCH

Aged 22, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, admitted failing to supply a blood sample when suspected of drink or drug driving, and driving without valid insurance and without a valid licence. Fined £135, with a £32 surcharge and £160 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

KINGSLEY HAMILTON

Aged 30, of Radnor Road, Worhing, admitted failing to attend supervision appointments following release

Aged 44, of Old Shoreham Road, Lancing, admitted assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and drunk and disorderly behaviour. Ordered to complete nine months of alcohol dependency treatment, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.
