A FRAUDSTER appeared in court for using a disabled parking badge with intent to deceive.
Adrian Coetzee, 27, was stopped in the Hazel Grove car park in Haywards Heath.
At Brighton Magistrates’ Court he admitted two charges of using the Blue Badge in August last year.
Coetzee, of Alice Court, Burgess Hill, was ordered to pay £1,046 in fines and £500 costs for the prosecution.
He must also pay a £52 surcharge.
