BUS drivers are set to lead a crackdown on bus pass fraud.
Until April an amnesty will be in place for bus passes which have been cancelled, reported lost or damaged.
But after then anyone with an invalid pass
may have it confiscated and be asked to pay the full fare.
East Sussex County Council transport chief Cllr Claire Dowling said the changes were aimed at fighting fraud.
“The vast majority of people will be unaffected,” she said.
