A BURST pipe left dozens of people without heating and hot water as temperatures dipped below freezing.
Residents of Dudeney Lodge in Hollingbury, Brighton, were left without heating as temperatures fell to -1C on Tuesday night.
Brighton and Hove City Council officers visited the flat block and handed out temporary heaters.
Engineers worked yesterday morning to restore hot water and heating to the flats.
