HALF-MARATHON hopefuls are being urged to sign up for this year’s big race.
Entries for The Grand Brighton Half Marathon close on February 2 and runners have been told to enlist online to avoid missing out.
This year the race takes place on February 23, and will be celebrating its 30th anniversary. Organisers say runners can expect a special commemorative medal and festivities to mark the occasion.
General entries for the 13.1 mile race have sold out already, but runners can still take part by partnering with a charity.
In the past 30 years the race has expanded and it is now one of the largest running events in the South East.
