Aged 53, of Chester Avenue, Worthing, admitted assaulting a man and using threatening or abusive behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence. Ordered to complete six months of alcohol dependency treatment, with 15 rehabilitation sessions. To pay £100 compensation, a £90 surcharge, and £85 costs.

STEPHEN THATCHER

Aged 71, of Ferry Road, Shoreham, admitted drink-driving. Tested positive for 91 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £350, with a £35 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

LEE DRUMMOND

Aged 39, of New Road, Shoreham, admitted drug-driving in a Ford. Tested positive for cannabis. Fined £100, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.

Aged 30, of St Andrews Close, Ferring, admitted assaulting a police officer. Fined £30, with a £32 surcharge and £25 costs.

KARL ENOKSEN

Aged 75, of Grosvenor Road, Seaford, admitted drink driving in a Vauxhall Insignia. Tested positive for 75mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £290, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

JACQUELINE JONES

Aged 57, of Market Street, Worthing, admitted using a disabled parking badge with intent to deceive. Fined £40, with a £32 surcharge and £200 costs.

REGINA PHIRI

Aged 54, of Stephens Road, Brighton, admitted depositing bags of clothing, shoes and handbags in Stephens Road without an environmental permit. Fined £123, with a £32 surcharge and £200 costs.

ELLIOTT HICKMAN

Aged 20, of Court Farm Road, Newhaven, admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Ordered to complete an extra 20 hours of unpaid work and to pay £60 costs.

JAMES MCINALLY

Aged 40, of Martins Close, Brighton, admitted driving a Vauxhall at a speed in excess of 30mph in Falmer Road, and driving without a seat belt. Fined £336, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Four points added to his licence.

ABDUL RAHMAN YUMKELLA

Aged 36, of Coldean Lane, Brighton, admitted driving a Toyota at a speed in excess of 30mph in Falmer Road. Fined £100, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Three points added to his licence.

IAN BAILEY

Aged 37, of High Street, Seaford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order and sending threatening images and videos. To complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and do 120 hours’ unpaid work, pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

JOSHUA CORNFIELD

Aged 22, of Preston Road, Brighton, guilty in absence of stealing £50 from the RNLI in Newhaven. To complete ten rehabilitation sessions and to pay £10 compensation, with a £75 surcharge.

RACHEAL SARGEANT

Aged 40, of no fixed address, admitted possessing a Stanley knife in Church Road, Brighton. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions, with an £85 surcharge.
