Shaun Manser admitted ignoring a court order to clear up rubbish that blocked Seabeach Lane, Eastbourne.
A MAN who ignored court orders to tidy up his rubbish was fined £1,000 for failing to do so.
Shaun Manser was told to clear the waste from Seabeach Lane, Eastbourne, behind his property.
But the 55-year-old ignored a community protection notice under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act, so Eastbourne Borough Council prosecuted him.
Manser, of Seaside, Eastbourne, admitted the breach. He was fined £1,000, with a £100 surcharge and £700 costs.
