Aged 30, of Clermont Terrace, Brighton, admitted driving a Ford while disqualified. Fined £500, with a £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Six points added to his licence.

ROBERT PARKER

Aged 35, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two coats worth £300 from Timberland, Brighton. Jailed for two weeks, and to pay a £122 surcharge and £85 costs.

PAUL HEARN

Aged 47, of Pevensey Road, Worthing, admitted two counts of drink-driving in an Audi, failing to stop after a road accident, and two counts of failing to report damage caused to other vehicles. Tested positive for both 80 microgrammes (mcg) and 104mcg of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Ordered to complete six months alcohol dependency treatment, fined £307, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years and four months.

Aged 28, of Southdown Road, Seaford, admitted drink-driving in a Mercedes. Tested positive for 102mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Aged 30, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol from Waitrose in Western Road, stealing fragrances and hair straighteners from Boots in North Street, stealing washing powder from Sainsbury’s in Western Road and breaching a suspended sentence for shop thefts. Jailed for 13 weeks and to pay a £122 surcharge.

KEENAN BRODERICK

Aged 21, of Pelham Street, Brighton, admitted failing to attend a home visit and a meeting with his probation and unpaid work manager, and breaching a community order imposed for assaulting a woman in October 2018. Put under curfew for three months from 9pm to 6am daily. To complete 12 rehabilitation sessions.

ANDRIUS LELEIVA
