JACQUELINE O’ROURKE

Aged 60, of Whiterock Place, Southwick, admitted drink-driving in a Hyundai on the M23. Tested positive for 78 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120, with a £32 surcharge and £85 cost. Banned from driving for three years.

ROSELLA JONES

Aged 45, of Victoria Road, Worthing, guilty in absence of stealing aftershave from Debenhams and failing to show up to court. Put under a curfew for eight weeks between 8pm and 8am, with a £40 fine and £85 compensation.

MARK AYRES

Aged 52, of Evelyn Avenue, Newhaven, admitted harassment with threats to kill a man, and demanding £5,000 cash. Given a 16-week suspended prison sentence, with a £122 surcharge and £85 costs. Put under a restraining order until 2023.

NICOLA DALTREY

Aged 43, of Preston Road, Brighton, admitted abusing or insulting behaviour to cause a person to fear violence. Given a conditional discharge, and to pay £50 compensation.

MAX MOORE

Aged 19, of Rotherfield Crescent, Brighton, admitted driving a Renault Clio while banned and without insurance. Given an eight-week suspended sentence, with a £122 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

RYAN HART

Aged 26, of Vale Road, Seaford, admitted possessing cocaine. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

LOUIS ANSCOMBE

Aged 22, of Pulborough Close, Brighton, admitted drink-riding a Yamaha motorbike, and riding without valid insurance. Tested positive for 41mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £240, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.

JOHN DARCY

Aged 48, of Sunninghill Close, Hove, admitted three counts of fraud involving a fuel card at petrol stations. Ordered to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work and to pay £330 in compensation, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

RONALD WILLIAMS

Aged 29, of St Crispians, Seaford, admitted drink-driving in a Volvo. Tested positive for 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £120, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and eight months.

CARL OWSTON

Aged 31, of Percival Terrace, Brighton, admitted criminal damage to a front door, assaulting a police officer, and racist harassment. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation sessions and to pay £100 compensation, with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

CONNOR DARTNELL

Aged 21, of Pelham Road, Seaford, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Ordered to complete an additional 40 hours.

JAMIE ALLEN

Aged 30, of Foxdown Road, Brighton, admitted drink-driving a Mini and failing to provide a blood test. Fined £506, with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

STUART BLACK

Aged 29, of Lower Rock Gardens, Brighton, admitted criminal damage to a microwave, wardrobe, bed, window and fixtures at The Saffrons Hotel, Eastbourne. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
